This is Rachael Simpson’s Blog, Hello I’m Rachael Simpson!
This blog is part of my university course and I’ll be writing in it every week.
I’m 26 and female, I’m studying for a Masters in Multimedia Journalism and am very interested in music, women’s issues, human rights, travel, education and lots of other nice things like cooking and photography. I’m also quite into djing. I enjoy living in Glasgow and have previously spent some time in Asia but would like to experience a few more places in my lifetime.
I have two other blogs which I sometimes remember to write on but are nothing to do with my course (at least not as graded parts of the course). One is called ‘The Journalism Student‘ and is just a wee weekly updated blog that talks about how I’m getting on with my studies, coping with shorthand, the experience of doing an radio interview etc. The other is a satirical pop music blog called ‘Stop saying Hellagood‘ or ‘Hellagood‘ (after a Southpark quote).
