My Labour of Love – I set up an online magazine in 2002 and have dragged it through the past 7 years without great success (destroyed websites, stolen money, missed deadlines, other dramas and small fires) but the myspace which I set up in 2005 is doing not bad and the blog I set up just over a year ago is doing very well – nearing the 6000 hit mark in 13 months! I write everything myself as I was not previously in the company of good writers and update it when I can/remember. I have facebooks for most things, bit of a facebook freak. There are not many music magazines I like even though I would like to become a music journalist so the idea was to start my own, sort of, in blog form…
Deviant Art – think a lot of people are on here these days, I do like art though there are only a couple of actual drawings on here as I don’t have a scanner, most are amateur digital photos with a not very good camera. My wee sister is a photography student and is far more talented than I am! I’m under Rucusred and you’ll see her work under Elfworks.
Product Magazine – at the moment I am just a poster and marketing monkey but hope to write for them in the future, a very good quality magazine available in borders and wh smith! Out quarterly.
Royal One Radio, Glasgow Royal Infirmary’s Radio. I present a show here every week, started in January this year. Really love it and hope to get more involved as and when things develop for the station. The sites a wee bit out of date.
The Soul Skattitude – this is a club night that I ran at the now defunct Twisted Wheel, I am hoping to resurrect it but we’ll see how it goes as time is limited! I love to DJ and did a set during the summer at the ‘Wackness’ Festival held in the roundhouse at Mabie Forest.
Radio Seagull – An online radio station broadcasting from a boat just outside Holland. They got in touch a few months ago and the plan is that I present and upload some shows to them but due to the death of my laptop this has been postponed, will let you all know if I get a show going.
